Track practices will be held every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 2:45-4:00 p.m. Wednesdays will be a flex day for practice in the event we can’t have practice on another scheduled day. We will alert the team if this happens. Please be on time to pick up your child and park on the side of the building.

All students should have a water bottle, running shoes, and athletic wear for practice. Bring a light snack (fruit, energy bar, protein pack) to eat before/after practice.
