Track practices will be held every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 2:45-4:30 p.m. Please be on time to pick up your child. Please park on the side of the building.
*Note: Practice dates may be added or changed based on needs due to weather or scheduled meet dates.
All students should have a bottle of water, a decent pair of running shoes, and athletic wear (shorts, joggers, t-shirt,etc.) for practices. It is suggested they bring a light snack (fruit, energy bar, protein pack) to eat before/after practice.
