Mrs. Delgado

Class overview

As an interrelated resource teacher, I have the pleasure of working with various grade levels, teaching resource classes as well as working with multiple General Education teachers in a co-taught setting.  I will be providing additional materials, videos, and 1:1 instruction to offer support to students.

Hello EAGLES and WELCOME,

My name is Michele Delgado and I am ready to kick off the 2023-2024 School Year.  If you haven't already heard...Riverside Middle School is a GREAT place to call home!  This will be my 7th year at RMS and I can truly say we are family.

While I was not born a "Southern Girl", I have adopted the South as my home.  I am originally from Chicago, Illinois, but made it to Georgia by way of the military (husband retired from the Army after 20 years of service) and have called Evans my home for the past 15 years.  My children, who are both in their 20's, went to Riverside Middle School, so I can testify to the RMS experience both as a parent and teacher.  You will not find a more dedicated group of teachers than the ones who enter this building everyday.

I love all things outdoor, minus the pollen and allergies🤧, and I'd rather go hiking or kayaking than watch television. I am an "empty nester" and a  "dog mom" to Gage, my 14 year old Border Collie Shephard mix.

Middle School is my heart.  The mixture of quirky and curiosity usually makes for fun and interesting classes, so I am excited about the journey we are about to embark on together.
